Order Procedure

There is No minimum order quantity.
Once we receive an electronic order from you, a purchase receipt will be issued to you by PayPal and a hard copy of tax invoice will be provided together with your order upon delivery.
No orders are dispatched without payment being received.
All orders placed will be payable via PayPal.

• All prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and GST inclusive.
• Please use the Currency Converter tool to exchange the displayed price to your preferred foreign currency.
• Products and prices are monthly revised and updated without notice.
• Prices were last updated in August 2007.

Freight and Postage – Domestic (within Australia)

NO CHARGE FOR PURCHASE MORE THAN AU$100!

• If stocks are available, please allow 5 business days for packing and delivery.
• A flat rate of AU$11 (GST Inc.) of handling and freight service applies to all orders within Australia.
• Orders will be shipped via Registered Australia Post.
• If you require a next business day delivery or a speical courier service, please inform us when you place an order and note that extra charge will apply.

Freight and Postage - International countries

NO CHARGE FOR PURCHASE MORE THAN AU$100!

• If stocks are available, please allow 5-10 business days for packing and delivery.
• A minimum flat rate of AU$11 (GST Inc.) applies to all orders outside of Australia.
• As freight charge may vary depending on countries, an additional international freight fee will be charged and requested to you via email prior to goods dispatch.
• Orders will be shipped via Australia Post AirMail.
• Please note NO responsibility will be taken for any customs, duty, taxes or other charges with bringing orders into overseas countries.
• If you require an international courier service, please inform us when you place an order and note that extra charge will apply.

Faulty Items

• When you receive your goods we request you unpack all stock and report any faulty items within 2 days. A written confirmation of the following information - code, colour, price, quantity - is required by either email or fax.

Returns

We will happily exchange an item or issue a credit note if your purchase does not meet your expectations and only under the following conditions:

• A valid receipt (original or copy) must be enclosed for all returns.
• Goods for exchange must be in 'as sold' condition, unused and unaltered.
• When a replacement is sent to you, a prepaid addressed satchel is enclosed for you to return faulty items. Your prompt return of this satchel is appreciated.
• No refund is available.

Please Note - there may be slight colour and design variations on items featured on this website. Sometimes shipments may have a slight change to the original sample that you have ordered. We assure you that all items despatched are of good quality, and sold in good faith.

Packaging

Each product purchased from Chic ‘n Vogue will be packed in a velvet pouch and bubble wrapped for delivery.

Size and Measurement

All product sizes indicated on this website are for reference only. As each product is individually hand-crafted, size may vary in same style of products. All products are measured in millimeter (mm) and based on maximum length and width, eg, Length mm x Width mm.

We reserve the right

To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify you of this by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or numbers you have provided to us. We will refund any money paid using your original payment method. All orders are subject to availability of stock.
